We were proud to be associated with this beautiful project in Timperley supplying and fitting Reynaers CP130 sliding patio doors to a new extension.

The new extension sits to the back and side of the existing red-brick house featuring a timber-cladded canopy above and dark wood decking in front of our doors and screens.

The great feature of this particular project aside from the excellent brand that is Reynaers is the tree overhanging the doors and featuring prominently in all the photos.  This tree was planted some years ago by the father of the homeowner.  As a result, her insight and determination in keeping the tree throughout the build are evident. The colouring in Autumn is a particularly nice feature.  The leaves blend in well with the light colour flooring, red furniture and the overall appearance.

The lift and slide nature of our Reynaers sliding doors in Timperley offer added features over conventional sliding doors.  Unlike regular doors working with rollers, lift and slide doors operate via a rotating handle.

From the close position, turn the handle and watch the door panel lift off the frame, ready to slide to the desired position.  You will also find lift and slide patio doors easier and lighter to use too. Another great feature of lift and slide is partial ventilation with security.  Slide the door where you want, rotate the handle back the other way and the door sets down and locks in place.  A great feature for some basic security and ensuring children don’t open the door. Ventilation is another feature too.

Also available with Reynaers sliding doors are highly insulated frames, excellent engineering, one of the best aluminium brands and long-term reliability.

This new extension features an open corner set of doors with a floating mullion as the centrepiece of the extension.  We fitted other sets of doors too in a two panel design and some fixed glazing.

Our doors come with toughened safety glass, having a soft-coat low-emissivity coating, warm edge spacer bars and argon gas fill.
