What are integral glass blinds?
Integral blinds are a sophisticated product whereby the blind slats are housed between the two panes of glass on your double glazed units.
By far the biggest advantage of this is that they are permanently hidden within the hermetically sealed unit and this brings many advantages:
- Integral glass blinds will not obscure the clean lines and aesthetics of your new doors.
- They are permanently sealed between the glass therefore will not attract dust and will never need cleaning.

As with any advanced product, quality is key. There are many of these integral glass blinds on the market and all of these vary in quality and type.
Our blinds as one example when manually operated work with discreet magnets. Other types of blinds you will find work with visible cords and pulls. In our view the magnetic operated blinds are far superior and over time are more reliable especially if you have young children.
However we do believe these are the most effective way to complement the clean lines and beautiful appearance of your new bifolding doors without having to cover them up with fabric, roller or venetian blinds.
